FAACS Forgot Password

The FAACS Forgot Password page allows users to reset their password or to retrieve their previously stored password hint.

To view your password reset options, enter your User ID and click the Submit button.

If the User ID is found on the security table, you will be presented with the options reset your password by

• entering the correct answers to previously stored Challenge Questions and clicking the Submit Challenge Answers button, or
• entering an email address that matches the previously stored email address and clicking the Send Password button.

After entering the correct challenge answersor entering your new temporary password reveived via email, you will be required to enter updated security information.

Passwords must:

1. be at least 14 characters in length
2. utilize at least three of the following four:
   • special characters ( $ ! @ { } & ~ + ? [ ] _ ),
   • upper case alphabetical characters (A - Z),
   • lower case alphabetical characters (a - z),
   • numerical characters (0-9),
3. not contain spaces
4. not contain ( ' ), ( < ), ( > ), or ( # )
5. not match assigned temporary password
6. not match last 24 passwords
