FAACS Logon

Welcome to the Fixed Asset Accounting and Control System (FAACS).

Password requirements:

• be at least 14 characters in length,
• not contain spaces,
• not match last 24 passwords,
• utilize at least three of the following four:
  • 1 - special characters ( ! @ { } & ~ + ? [ ]),
  • 2 - upper case alphabetical characters (A - Z),
  • 3 - lower case alphabetical characters (a-z)
  • 4 - numerical characters (0-9),
• Changing the password within the 24 hours time frame is not allowed.

A valid FAACS User ID and Password is required to access the FAACS Online System

To obtain a valid User ID and password, contact your agency's FAACS Security Officer.

If you have a valid User ID and password, enter it in the appropriate boxes and then click the Log On button.

To change your existing password, click on the Forgot Password link on the left menu.
